Products are sold for lawful use only. Riders are responsible for proper use, maintenance, and
compliance with all applicable Pennsylvania laws. Riding an e-bike involves inherent risks,
including injury or death.

Specifications, features, certifications, and performance claims are provided by
manufacturers. Velotric Showcase relies on manufacturer representations and does not
independently verify all specifications.

Velotric Showcase reserves the right to update pricing, policies, or product availability at any

E-Bikes

• Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase

• Bike must have fewer than 5 miles

• Must be in original condition

• Delivery fees are non-refundable

Accessories

• Returns accepted within 14 days

• Must be unused and in original packaging

All returns require proof of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

 

Warranty Policy
All e-bikes are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and
component.

In addition, Velotric Showcase provides:

• One (1) year of free labor for warranty-related service on bikes purchased from our store

This labor warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance,
or unauthorized modifications.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• E-bikes are sold in-store only

• Optional local delivery is available for an additional fee

• Delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility

Velotric Showcase does not ship e-bikes.

Accessories may be shipped at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs and delivery times vary
by location.
