That you won't get you buy online!

All our Brands  warrant their electric bikes against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years, beginning on the original date of delivery to the first purchaser. We cover the Labor Free of Charge for 1 year.

  • Pickup & Delivery: Available within our 20-mile zone for warranty-related concerns, minimizing your hassle. A charge based upon distance does apply.

  • Transparent Explanation: Clear, upfront details on Velotric warranty coverage, exclusions, and the expected claims process.

  • Routine Maintenance and Upgrades: We service and handle all non-warranty work, such as flats, tire changes and tune-ups, at standard local rates.

How to Handle a
Warranty or Service Issue

  • When you have a concern, you only need to contact us—we handle the complexity for you:

  • Contact Us: Reach out via phone or website with your bike details (model, purchase date).

  • Claim Initiation: We handle the claim with the manufacturer and perform the local labor portion ourselves.

  • Part Coordination: If a part is defective under warranty, The manufacturer ships the replacement part directly to us.

  • Repair & Update: We coordinate the repair or replacement, arrange pickup or delivery if needed, and keep you updated every step of the way.

Important Notes & Exclusions
 

  • Warranties  DONOT cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear (like brake pads or flat tires).

  • Ensure you register your bike with Velotric and keep your purchase documentation; this is critical for claim validity.

Warranty Support

Where do I take my Velotric eBike for service?

We handle all Service and Warranty work.  Our experienced mechanics are second to none.  We are fully equipped to handle all warranty and non-warranty work in house.

Do you offer pickup and delivery for service?

Yes. We offer pickup and delivery for warranty claims within a 20-mile radius. A charge does apply based upon distance & time.

What does the manufacturer warranty cover?

Velotric covers the frame, battery, electrical components, motor, and major structural parts (against defects in materials/workmanship). We assist with all claim processing for our local customers. We provide a copy of the Velotric written warranty.

​

What does the 1-year labor warranty cover?

It covers all labor as a result of a covered warranty situation.

​

What is not covered by warranty?

Wear-and-tear items (tires, tubes, brake pads, chains) and damage resulting from accidents, improper use, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
