How long is a scheduled Guided Experience session?
There is no rush but we find typically 45 to 60 minutes, depending on how many models you want to compare and your individual needs.
Can I bring someone with me to my session?
Yes. In fact, most customers ride with a partner or spouse, and we welcome them to attend.
Can I walk in during open hours and meet with a salesperson?
Absolutely and we encourage it. You will receive the same experience as one you would book. At times we take multiple customers through the experience at the same time. This in itself we find can be fun and informative, as you are welcome to share with others your eBike knowledge and learning curve.
